DUNCE-Can't
you maintain an internet connection? Go sit in the corner! Seriously, if
you can't maintain an internet connection, the program called Dunce will
press "Reconnect" automatically after you have been thrown off. You see,
the D-U-N in Dunce stands for Dial-Up Networking, which is what many Windows
95 users (knowingly or not) use to connect to the internet. Dunce also
has a Microsoft Network capability, as well as the capability to perform
automated connections at a user specified time. It can auto-load when you
crank up your computer and also can sit in the taskbar tray for easy access:
left click turns it on and off, and right click gives you a menu to exit
or change the settings. Easy enough? Read the Help included with the program.

NET LAUNCH-Are
you constantly being kicked of your Internet connection? NetLaunch, much
like the popular freeware/shareware internet utility Dunce, is a great
utility if you have a Dial-Up Connection to the Internet through Windows.
It will, if set up to, press "Reconnect" automatically--through Dial-Up
Networking. It offers a ton of other settings such as automatic connection
at a certain time, low traffic disconnect, and configuration for multiple
connections. Plus, it has a thorough "Help" section, and has the
ability to auto-load whenever Windows starts. The average user may find
that NetLaunch may have too many features needed, as opposed to Dunce.
But, it is a small download and a great program.
