could be listed as a regular Sound Utility, but this program is especially
useful for MP3 related activities. If you have downloaded an MP3 from MP3.com,
and want to burn it as audio on a CD-R, you must first turn it into a huge
wav file or huge raw audio file. If you turn it into a wav file, you can
further optimize the wav file before burning it by using this little program.
There may be empty space before or after the actual music. WavTrim will
delete that empty audio, and also has the capability of inserting blank
audio. This is helpful so the tracks don't run together. WavTrim will also
normalize the wav, which means getting it to a uniform volume. After you've
adjusted the wav with this small action-packed program, It is ready to
burn it on a CD-R!

first arrived on the scene around August or September of 1999. You
use this to connect through Napster's servers (and others) and you can
download MP3s from other people's hard drives. This allows for massive
amount of MP3s to be available, some

commercial MP3s that some people believe are not legal.

an MP3 is on a CD, or even when it is downloaded from the internet, there
can be digital silence at the beginning or at the end of the MP3. What
is digital silence? It is where there is no sound at all.
It basically just takes up room. And, if you love MP3s and have
a lot of them on your computer, you might want
to waste less of your hard drive. MP3 Trim does a great job of taking
away the silence. There is a setting where you can
have
the program automatically rip all of the digital silence off, or
you can manually take off what you wish to remove. This is
